Most people wants their Children to get married eventually but our Children are fed with negative and sorrowful news about marriage on social media and they are scared.The fact that one marriage didn't work doesn't mean you can not marry again neither does it discredit the institution of marriage as ordained by God.As most youth don't want to marry again, understand that marriage is about love, patience,respect, understanding, trust, endurance, forgiveness and tolerance . Though,this is not the month of my marriage and me and my husband are not celebrating our marriage anniversary but we are creating a positive impressions to the younger generations that you can celebrate your marriage every time and everywhere you have the opportunity and not once in a year. Everyone human being have what they like and what givesthem joy. I love words of love, reassurance and proposal to make me feel like a new bride every time and he enjoys doing it. I will invite you to our wedding soon by the grace of God. YES, you can say after 21 years, thank you . My king bought me a new ring after I lost one of my wedding ring and he propose to me again when we went to Bluewater shopping centre to buy a phone the same day we bought the new wedding ring. | Mother,tattoo artist arrested over 12 year old daughter's ''Jesus loves'' tattoo | Mr Olumide's Blog Posted: 30 Aug 2017 01:44 PM PDT  A police report, obtained by WTVM., claims authorities were called to Arnco Argent Elementary School after a teacher saw "Jesus loves" tattooed on the girl. A teacher described the marking as "bluish green with Jesus written above the cross and loves written below," WTVM reported. They first saw it when the child arrived to a school dance sporting a strapless dress.Upon further investigation, police reported that the girl alleged that her father forced her to get the tattoo. She later switched up her story, admitting that she wanted it. Her mother, 35-year-old Emma Nolan, told police her daughter is estranged from her father and has been for some time. She said she had no prior knowledge of her child getting a tattoo, according to the news station. The Publicity Secretary of the pan-Yoruba socio-cultural group, Afenifere, Yinka Odumakin told reporters in Akure after the monthly meeting of the association, held at the residence of its leader, Chief Reuben Fasoranti. The Personal Assistant (PA) to Chief Falae, Captain Moshood Raji (rtd.) confirmed the incident, saying many crops were destroyed by the hoodlums. According to him, it was the police escorts of the elder statesman who shot sporadically into the air that sent the herdsmen out of the farm. The president was received by the Emir of Daura, Alhaji Umar Farouk, politicians and thousands of well wishers. Buhari, looking much healthier and radiant, smiled as he waved to the mammoth crowd. He walked from the airstrip to his residence in the GRA of the town. Inside the town itself, Buhari's arrival excited many people, who broke out in prayers for his good health. Malam Aminu Shehu, a trader who could not control his emotion, described the arrival of the president as a relief to Nigerians, especially his kinsmen who spent a year without seeing him. He praised God that the president was looking happy and not fatigued. "we will continue to pray for the well-being of the president''. | Fulani Herdsmen Attack Olu Falae’s Farm Again, Destroy Multi-million Naira Crops Posted: 30 Aug 2017 10:18 AM PDT  The Publicity Secretary of the pan-Yoruba socio-cultural group, Afenifere, Mr. Yinka Odumakin, disclosed this to journalists in Akure after the monthly meeting of the association, held at the residence of the leader of the group, Chief Reuben Fasoranti on Tuesday. Raji said, "They attacked baba's (Falae's) farm and destroyed the crops there but immediately we reported to the police." Odumakin, who read the communique of the group to journalists accused the Federal Government of showing no concern at the incessant attacks of the Fulani herdsmen on the people of the South-West and Middle- Belt of the country. He said, " We are worried about the renewed onslaught of Fulani herdsmen in Yorubaland. Recently, a Permanent Secretary of Osun origin, Mrs. Funke Kolawole was killed on Okene-Lokoja road on her way to Abuja. "Also, another 72-year -old woman was recently gang- r*ped in Odigbo area of Ondo State and the hoodlums are yet to be brought to book and of course Chief Olu Falaye whose farm has become a source of attacks by the Fulani herdsmen, only yesterday (Monday) came under a renewed attack with policemen on his farm shot at by these Fulani herdsmen. "We are aggrieved that the Federal Government has continued to turn the other eye while the herdsmen continue their unlawful activities over the country, especially the southern Nigeria and middle belt." | Police Discover Cash In Rectum Of Drug Dealer Upon Arrest | Mr Olumide's Blog Posted: 30 Aug 2017 09:44 AM PDT  26-year-old Pattreon Stokes, was arrested by a policeman in Florida for speeding in the early hours of the morning last Saturday, cops said in a Facebook post. During the stop, the officer smelled marijuana and upon searching the car, he found methamphetamine, rock cocaine and heroin. A scale was also recovered from the vehicle. Police said Stokes was carrying a "small amount of marijuana and a large amount of currency on his person." They arrested him and brought him to Marion County Jail. But when they got there, cops said the money they found earlier was gone. Stokes claimed that deputies had already collected it, but "this was certainly not true," police wrote in the post. "Detention deputies then noticed something quite unusual…" the post reads. "They observed $20 bills falling from Stokes' buttocks area." In a process cops called "necessary but undesirable" for everyone involved, they found $1,090.00 in U.S. currency hidden in Stokes' rectum. "Judging from Stokes' mug shot, he looks pretty 'bummed' about the whole situation," police joked. The Facebook post went on to apologise to the "wonderful cashiers" in Marion County, writing that they would understand if cash handlers chose to use gloves. A seven-month-old child was also found in the front passenger seat of Stokes' car when he was arrested. Stokes is charged with smuggling contraband into a detention facility, trafficking methamphetamine, trafficking heroin, possession of cocaine with the intent to sell, manufacture or deliver, possession of marijuana and possession of drug equipment. Speaking in an interview with newsmen said she was forced into the marriage at age 15 by her father. In her words: "My husband and I have been married for two years now and we have a child. He married me as his second wife. He used to love me dearly, but he suddenly started maltreating me. "I have not been in good terms with my husband and my rival. We are always fighting. I don't know why I did what I did, but I regret it. "Whatever punishment that will be given to me should be done, but every time I remember my action, I keep regretting doing what I did.Narrating the incident, Abdullahi said she had taken the baby from his mother's room to hers and tried feeding him poisoned food, but he refused to take it. "I quickly removed his clothes and cleaned the poison with it. I became very confused, realising what I had done," she said.Abdullahi said further that the baby was then rushed to the hospital and the nurse said the baby did not swallow the poison. "My siblings took me to my co-wife and I apologised to her and she said she has forgiven me; but she left everything to God to judge. She claimed that she was given 80 strokes of the cane after her husband's brother insisted that she must be punished for her crime. | 23-year old PH.D Student Commits Suicide Over Pressure From Studies | Mr Olumide's Blog Posted: 30 Aug 2017 08:44 AM PDT  According to reports, Rafael Ochoa was in his first year of a five year course studying for a PhD in computer science. The brilliant 23-year-old had already gotten a first class Masters at Oxford and a first class degree in engineering at Cambridge.  With that pressure and that of his studies coupled with being cox at the Sommerville Boat club and a member of the Hertford College Chapel Choir, the young man could no longer handle the pressure. The court heard how Rafael – originally from Bilbao, Spain - had spoken to his GP about his struggles. Professor Stephen Faulkner, the Dean at Keble College in Oxford said he had "very positive reports" and the student as "actively involved in the university golf club". Rafeal, was however hit by a train on April 6 this year. Cops went to his flat and found letters suggesting he was going to commit suicide. According to the prosecutor Mrs. Florence Auhioboh, the defendant's neighbour, Gift Afegua, reported the matter at the Karmo Police Station on August 22. She alleged that Mercy, knowing her daughter to be a minor, ill-treated her by pouring ground pepper into the girl's vagina which left the child in great pain. The prosecutor said the offences contravened sections 246, 265 and 238 and of the Penal Code. The defendant, however, denied the charges. Mercy was granted a N30,000 bail, with a surety in like sum.
